Safari Shit
Yeah, Safari is so far the most memory consume applications on my Macbook. The other day I was surfing around the internet looking for some long-term interesting subject, so I got myself into Death Notes fan site, where we get to download Death Notes anime. So I downlaoded and continued surfing until I found out my Macbook slow down dramatically. So I went to Activity Monitor and check…
Damn man! It took me 300+MB RAM and lucky me that I have upgraded to 1GB RAM, or I think I’ll start either hitting the Macbook or my head. Now, I’m using Mozilla FireFox 1.5.0.7, as you know Mozilla FireFox 2.0 is also one of the well-known memory consume, so forget about FireFox 2! But still, I need to see if there is anything wrong about FireFox 1.5.0.7.
I’ve search around the internet, none of them got answered. Safari memory leak was a long time subject by the way. Really, forget about safari go for Mozilla fireFox or Opera instead.

You could also try Camino.
It’s based on the same HTML rendering code as Firefox, but it’s more Mac-like.

Nice one, thanks man… I’ll try to see if it does the job
I’m using FireFox 1.5.0.7 now, it doesn’t consume more than 100MB.
