Heat on Photoshop

Macbook (Not pro) running very very heat with Adobe Photoshop CS2. Recently I upgraded to Adobe Photoshop CS2 and used it quite a lot. But it end up I want to downgrade to CS1.
It took only 3 minutes for the Macbook’s fan to run 6000rpm when I’m using Adobe Photoshop CS2. This is very dangerous scene for my point of view, even I have the fan control software on it. I don’t think there is any ways I can make my Macbook stop the noise and the heat.
There must be some problem on the Macbook Intel Core Duo. As I know recently, every Macbook built now has no heat problem, with Intel Core 2 Duo and so on. Frankly, why wouldn’t Apple Inc tell us what exactly is the problem before this?
