This would be my last word for Apple Inc. First, the support on Apple website is suck to the ground. My questions never been answered, not even a single user mind to give me a reply too.
Apple was doing their research on the support these days and I just don’t know how to answers the questionaire as I never experiences any good thing on the support forum. Perhaps Maddox is right…

hi have you tried asking same question on craigslist. I get allot of help there in their forums.
