Can’t Eject DVD

So the clip tell the whole story. I have to restart in order to get the DVD ejected. What a waste of time using my Macbook to watch DVD. But of course, I would really love to know the reason behind it, any experiences Mac users can give me some information?

Have you tried quitting DVD player before dragging the DVD towards the eject symbol? (When I say quit, I mean QUIT, not just close the Window with the Red button)
It is also possible to eject the DVD from within the DVD Player application itself, or through Front Row.

Can’t quit DVD player too, see the clip it shows that the DVD player don’t want to quit too.
