Getting Table Light

It’s been sometimes I’ve moved in to this room, but the ceiling light is just on the wrong direction, it’s not on the ceiling though, it’s on the side, which also not in front nor directed to my computer here.
It is hard to get a light source when I’m trying to take picture using the webcam, my digital camera has been my companion so far, but the battery is kind of head ache though, I don’t know what’s wrong with the rechargeable battery, as it doesn’t last long. Mostly a few snaps with flash light.
Getting a table light will of course helps me a lot in all way. But all of those table light is a bit expensive for me 
Have too many gadget to buy but too less saving
