I don’t know how many people have this problem here, for me as a Malaysian, this is another shocking thing happen within the PayPal community. I searched around the internet forums and google, most people who having this problem were from Philippine. So far I’m still having my pending status from PayPal…
That is exactly my PayPal withdrawal screenshot, it’s been week that PayPal holding my money pending it out to my debit card 
So far I haven’t heard of anyone from Malaysia are having this problem, that’s why I’m so worry about my money now. I can’t cancel this withdrawal as well, which means my money is somewhere else and I can’t touch them too (Worst part is they (PayPal) don’t give interest even they’re holding it). There are few urgent thing happening to me now and I’m in need of this money and PayPal just don’t want to release my money to me Damn… Another bad night… Somehow, the down falls of US Dollar against RM is also one of my concern. The longer they holding my money, the worthless my money will become, or that is the tactic PayPal using now?

i am from malaysian too i have made withdrawal on 29 january 08 and another one 2 february 08 but still pending status it now 5 february but both withdrawal still pending i dont know what happen any can explain
i think paypal want to add paypal withdrawal to local bank feature directly for malaysian same like philipines and indonesian user now

We cant blamed everything to PayPal, however there are exceptional cases I have to agree due to their human and machine errors involved. Verify the transaction status with PayPal customer care by phone, ask the reason why, they will have an answer ready for you. Make sure that there are no errors from your end otherwise, a silly mistake of yours would lead nothing but costing you few bucks for long distance calls and etc.Thats the quickest fix for your problem…Good luck!
Well, I have Visa Debit too, and it says completed, but I didn’t get money.
I went to bank, and they told me you cannot withdraw to debit. Now I bought Visa credit and I hope it will work.
The $120 I withdrawed to debit are lost I think…
