Exercise in front of computer

Everyone knows that sitting in front of computer for a long time will cause muscular tension and pain. Besides that, you will also gain fat around your tummy if you continue to sit after meal. As someone who spend most of my time in front of my laptop, somewhat I have both problems. :S

I realize I have to exercise regularly. But due to the busy life (classic lame reason :P) I have to pending the jogging plan. :P I opt for indoor exercise that requires no exercise equipment. Good thing is, there is small exercise that can be done while sitting in front of the computer. Stretching arms, legs, neck and torso is one of those exercises. Not to forget to prepare a bottle of water on the table.

Important thing is not to sit still and keep clicking or typing. Do some stretching and let the eyes see other thing besides the monitor.
