Well, there isn’t this click that let you set your desktop background (Wallpaper for Windows users) in Mac, you’ll need to go to the System Preferences and click on Desktop then click on the folder and look for your picture, what a hassle to do all this just to get to change your background isn’t it? Look at what I have…

By the way, I don’t need to open the picture too, all I need to do is just right-click (CTRL+Click) at the icon and I get to change it in no time. That’s the wonder of Automator! Today, I’m going to tell you how to do it in just a few steps
It’s very simple actually, open Automator and look into both of these:

Simple eh? Once you’re there, drag and drop the “Set the Desktop Picture” into another column:

You’re done, all you need is to save this file into a plug-in in order to let the Automator on your right-click (CTRL+Click) to work…

You can name the plug in to whatever you like, as long as you remember
Beside this, I find that bulk rename and bulk resize or simply resize one file can be useful for some people as well. Previously I use this little software name ExifRenamer to bulk rename all my pictures/videos files, as I thought there wasn’t any other thing that can bulk rename, until I found the power of Automator
The rest will be on next entry
