Download YouTube using Safari

Sometimes it’s hard to download YouTube video, especially when Firefox 3 doesn’t run well on my Mac 
Been thinking around how to download the video beside using external web that give me the “get_video” file, there’s another way with Safari and only Safari.
Once you’re in YouTube on your favorite video, click on “Window -> Activity” there you’ll see bunch of link alike list, don’t need to read all of them, look for the biggest byte list. That’s the video file, double click it and it will open in a new window and then download started. However, it doesn’t give you the chance to rename/add .flv.
