Finally, the technician came to my house, tested on his laptop, but still unable to connect. So he suggest that my modem has problem? I was like WTF? The error message is simply pointing to you that your network is unaccessable, none of my laptop or modem has the problem. Luckly this technician was cool enough to plug my 3G card to his modem and try, which comes out working, and tested on my modem again, and it all works

P/S: Having some hosting issue recently. Not sure if my WP sites are eating out the resources or the provider has some problem with it. Off to email them first.
