			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have been complaining non-stop about local broadband provider. Some people, especially those who work in any ISP will think that I&#8217;m just another arsehole who got nothing better to do and no patient to wait for the upgrade process. Well, I am, I am paying to get what I should be getting, understand?!<br />

Recently I placed my P1 to my friend, who live about 10km away from me and has a base station near his house. I thought, maybe he can get a better speed and connection. Not that I wanted to compare a wireless broadband with wired broadband, but Streamyx turned up better than P1 in the area.</p>
<p>P1 has been aggressively advertising their service. The &#8220;Cut Now!&#8221; has been a hit, and the USP is that P1 goes faster and smoother. I plugged in the modem and tried to online, it just don&#8217;t work. It doesn&#8217;t work at all, not even a slow connection, it just die. Happen on day time, only after 12am the connection will go better. What does it mean?</p>
<p>It mean P1 is over using their base station resources!!! They let consumers register and keep register without thinking about upgrading their base station to allow that much of account. Until a lot of them turned off and goes to sleep, only the other manage to online.</p>
<p>I am so pissed by P1 way of business. I have never had a good experience with it, beside, of course the first 7 days trial. From now on, any of my friend want to register for P1, I will most certainly stop them from doing so. It is a suicide attempt for me as a freelancer. I can&#8217;t work all day just because the connection.</p>
<p>Next month, I will go terminal and complain about this lousy service. Save my monthly payment to get myself an <a href="http://www.wholesaleinsurance.net">affordable life insurance</a> instead. It&#8217;s just wasting my money and time complaining to an ISP that don&#8217;t work at all.</p>

<h3>Streamyx, Celcom and P1. None of them do any good</h3>
<p>Honestly, I tried all three so-called &#8220;best&#8221; broadband provider. <a href="http://www.streamyx.com">Streamyx</a>, the one and only wire broadband in Malaysia, getting lousier day by day, previous use was all slow (<em>still good though, at least it connect</em>), but it does not give the speed that it promised. <a href="http://www.celcom.com.my/broadband">Celcom</a>, the widest mobile broadband, or 3G connection. Tried and was good for the first month, one night, I don&#8217;t know why, it get disconnect without any notice, until now (3 weeks later) still cannot connect. <a href="http://www.p1.com.my">P1</a>, first wimax provider in Malaysia. I get good experience on trial period, after that, not working AT ALL. Now I am sharing the connection of my hnousemate also using P1. All I get was disconnect all the time, this 2 days I get like 5 hours uptime or less. There is absolutely no broadband that can work in Malaysia at all! Stop thinking about running a 400kbps when you downloading from Internet.</p>
<h3>Settling an argument</h3>
<p>Just had some arguement with my previous boss, that&#8217;s why I fired him and be my own boss instead. I nearly get fight up, due to my temper. Hopefully some <a href="http://www.washingtoninjury.com">Seattle personal injury attorneys</a> could help if anything occur. But then again, things has to be settle sooner or later. There&#8217;s no need to waste time eh?</p>
<h3>Being own boss but not frustrated with ISP</h3>
<p>Like mentioned on point 1. I had so many potential to spend on my project, I have this few blogs maintaining some revenue and a new web magazine that I have even had the content ready, but I just can&#8217;t post it, I can&#8217;t upload any photos because of <a href="http://www.p1.com.my">P1</a>. Speechless to Malaysia broadband providers, if not the corruption that helps them build their business, I don&#8217;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I cannot stop ranting about P1. I never thought that I would complaint and rant about an Internet provider for so many times. When I was with Streamyx, I don&#8217;t rant and complaint that much compare with P1, which only 3 months with me. P1 has to be kidding with me all the time. I need to find a day to go to the headquater and make some noise for termination, or else I&#8217;m going to suffer a big health problem and lose of money! Seriously, running a business like this a doggy dog, if you&#8217;re just planning to get people to sign up and pay you every month, it is better to step out of this business. Micheal Lai must have got his brain wrong to start this service.</p>
<h3>Worse customer support ever</h3>
<p>It&#8217;s been 3 months and more than 2 years they&#8217;re in this business. I don&#8217;t know how bad the service is the past 2 years, but for the 3 months, I don&#8217;t see any improvement. Not even a technician came to check why this happen, instead, they keep calling me to ensure that I am still in the shit. Even they gave me a waiver for a month, they sound fishy too. They should ACT as they SAY.</p>
<h3>Connection</h3>
<p>Now let&#8217;s check how stupid I am. First 10 days I get 80% of the speed; 11 to 15 days I get 30% of the speed; 16 &#8211; 30 days I get 10% download and 0.1% upload speed; 31 to 55 days I get 30% download and 0.1% upload speed; 56 &#8211; 65 days I get 30% of the whole month connection. This is way too ridiculous for a broadband provider to do so, I mean way too over!!!</p>
<p>I am demanding a termination and back to either Streamyx or look for another new provider that don&#8217;t have a contract. Just because of the contract with P1, I have to pay the monthly repayment doesn&#8217;t matter how worse the connection is. Previously they reported that they don&#8217;t have enough <a href="http://www.steelintheair.com/">cell towers</a> to build base station, but I really wonder with all the empty land around the city (<em>or state, or perhaps, the country</em>), how can they&#8217;re lack of <a href="http://www.steelintheair.com/">cell towers</a>? Build more and be better to top up with other providers, not sitting there thinking you&#8217;re the only one. Yes, you may be the only Wimax, but you&#8217;re the only worst provider of all!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently there is <a href="http://www.osground.com/2009/04/18/p1-same-as-streamyx/">more</a> and <a href="http://www.osground.com/2009/05/05/p1-complain/">more</a> problem with my broadband (<em>provided by the trutly P1 Winmax under the help of Intel</em>) I know Intel in Europe are having some big trouble, and possibly losing a few billion US Dollar, but the investment it put into P1 shouldn&#8217;t have a problem yet. But my P1 connection is having a serious frequent disconnect. I am not talking about every hour or so, it is every seconds or so. I get to online for like what? 10 seconds average and get disconnect. I cannot browse like usual, I cannot do my research, I cannot reply my clients&#8217; emails and I definitely cannot download a files from the Internet, not to mention I want to upload an image. Instead of boost up their system, they go take <a href="http://www.dietpill.net/phenphedrine.php">Phenphedrine</a> and shrink down the whole system!<br />

A month ago they (<em>P1</em>) stated that they&#8217;re having some upgrade and improvement. Instead of having improvement, I get these:</p>
<h3>1, No representative to talk with.</h3>
<p>There&#8217;s no easy way to get to talk with their support team, unless you call them (<em>cost money it is 1300 number if you&#8217;re wonder</em>). Calling them with have to at least (<em>I tried the fastest way to click without listening the crap</em>) takes a minute, due to the advertisement on the first voice, instrcuture who to look for one the second press and yada yada yada, only a human start talking.</p>
<h3>2, A technician need weeks and months to come.</h3>
<p>I called for a technician to come a month back. Until today, no news from them, they don&#8217;t even do any follow up (scare being scold?). I need to keep calling back to them to remind (read: remind) them. That doesn&#8217;t mean the frequent you call the faster the technician come too.</p>
<h3>3, Starting to get more complaint than ever</h3>
<p>I hook into some IT forum to see if I can get advice or not, but I ended up in their ranting-land. The more I look into it, the more it&#8217;s like the common Malaysia business, promise to give the good, deliver the lowest. Shit you not, beside some international company that able to give a decent (<em>not the best yet</em>), other than international company, you&#8217;re just an item for them to suck your money.</p>
<p>Above all giving me the feel of 1. Avoid me (<em>customer</em>), 2. My money is not important but yet they want to tie it, 3. It&#8217;s all we can do. I am thinking of a way, a way to give them a bang to solve their internal problem. One day, I&#8217;ll go to their headquarter and record every single word they tell me and how they tell me in video and post it up to YouTube. To make sure it gets more exposure, I will ping it to all blog aggregate and Digg the video. This will definitely move Intel (<em>the biggest boss in the back</em>) to improve P1 instead of receiving complaint and not wanting to do anything. Wait for me P1!</p>

1, Frequent disconnection. I mean every 50 seconds time frame it will disconnect itself and reconnect back for another 50 seconds or less.<br />
2, Worst support ever. Not only the respond is as much as no respond, they all like never care at all. I gave 10 calls, only reply me back once.<br />
3, No Internet always. Though the LED light was green, but the support never believe me that I cannot connect to Internet, what the fuck?<br />
4, Email has no use at all. If you&#8217;re using one and having problem, go and call them on your own credit, 1300 toll cost shit lot by the way.</p>
<p>Like I always mention, all I want a stable connection, not fast connection. Slow connection is also fine with me, I am totally fine with slow connection since I&#8217;m only working on php files everyday and email reading. Streamyx get disconnect every <em>now and then</em>, but P1? disconnect me <em>everyday</em>. I honestly doubt they can help Malaysia broadband as stated by all those media, they just not yet experience this.</p>

Wait&#8230; 2 weeks plus, nobody wanna come and I started to keep on calling, still nobody come. Email complaint from the site has no reply at all.</p>
<p>2, My area has been very heavily promoted a month ago. Now I got frequent disconnect. Call in, telling the same thing, change static IP, ping IP, restart modem. Just like how Streamyx asking you to plug direct to modem and bla bla bla.</p>
<p>3, When I ask for a call back from the support, no reply after I hang up.</p>
<p>4, When I call in the support and they&#8217;re experiencing large number of call, I press the # key (To wait in line), it say it&#8217;s invalid/no such code. So hang up and call again to listen to the &#8220;We are located on the ground floor of Packet-1 bla bla bla&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>So, basically P1 is the same like (Probably worse) Streamyx for me. With Streamyx, at least I got a better disconnection rate than with P1. Somehow, I can get the Streamyx support to my house easier than P1. It took me more than RM50 credit just to solve this unsolve problem. I think P1 is either still in the beta stage of their business.</p>
<p>I just want to ask, if it&#8217;s possible I file a complaint and terminate this service? Because by using this, I&#8217;m paying more. With Streamyx, I&#8217;ve never been this angry before.</p>
<p>Shit you not, only the <a href="http://www.acnecuresrevealed.net/">best acne treatment</a> could save my angry face now. Off to check my blood pressure. See if there&#8217;s any update from P1 or not.</p>
