Work and a personal attitude are very much related. Once you have the right attitude, you work will potentially become the best work.

How do you motivate yourself?
This has been a question for myself too. Recently I bought a new laptop, a working table, a 20″ LCD monitor, 2 office chairs and buy office supplies, overall cost me more than RM4K already. Do I feel motivated? Not exactly, spending money does not motivate you to earn more money. But to know what you’re getting in the near future is what going to motivate you. Like, salary
How to spend time
This is the question to the freelancer, or S.O.H.O (Small Office Home Office). I used to be quite time spoiling person, I don’t have a good time management, until months back I understand that, time = money for freelancers. So how do you spend time wisely? System, or some say Systematically. Right, do a thing at one time. Once you practice enough of this, time suddenly has too much on hand
Anyway, Merry Christmas, have a great rest tonight and listen to God’s story
I need to off my seat on my workstation too
How I wish I could have a mobile homes. I don’t really like to travel, but I like to be in different places and learn about the culture and all that. It’s fun to explore more than what I already know.
Tomorrow, I’ll be flying to Medan, Indonesia again. This time, it will be almost a month time. In this one month time I think I can pick up a lot more than where I am here now, as I’ll have more motivation and more… Discipline
There are currently 2 project on going in my hand; and I think there are a few more on my girlfriend hand and will need to pass to me for the back-end coding. Time to get busy tomorrow
I used to work quite fast. My record of coding a medium graphical WordPress theme was half and hour, without browser testing yet of course. So normal static html can be faster, since I would use php include for the header and footer. My contracted company has been spoiled by my speed of work. Usually I will complete the project within 2 hours to 2 days earlier for them to review it before launching. So last minute work happen more often after the first time.

After much consideration and the situation I am in now, I figure it is my time not to get last minute work, especially those need to be done overnight or late night. I don’t want to wait until last minute even Blue Cross Blue Shield NC insurance can’t help. Tonight I did a bad thing, giving them a last minute completion.
I mean, handling last minute project is fine, if it is a one-time deal. But for a long run, the web developer is the one who got stucked.
